Our Story

Far North Fudge began with a single, family recipe that was made on all special occasions by our Founder, Leonie.  This fudge was a show stopper - rich, chocolatey and each piece painstakingly hand cut to the perfect bite-size.  This original recipe has now become one of our staple flavours, Pistachio Chocolate Fudge and it now joins a large range of new and exciting flavours!

Many years may have passed, but Leonie still lovingly handcrafts each flavour with hours of taste-testing (by her more than willing family!) to ensure the perfect balance of flavours in each and every piece.
